Arshin Agashteh is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and art therapist with a background in clinical psychology, fine arts, and art therapy. She completed her Post-Graduate Diploma in Art Therapy at the Kutenai Art Therapy Institute (KATI), bringing together her clinical knowledge and long-standing experience in the visual arts.
Arshin has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in therapeutic and community settings. Her work is grounded in a client-centred and relational approach, using art-making, play, sensory experiences, and conversation to support emotional expression, self-awareness, regulation, and personal growth.
With nearly two decades of experience in the visual arts, Arshin brings a strong understanding of creative materials and artistic processes into her therapeutic practice. She believes that art can provide a meaningful way to explore experiences that may be difficult to express through words alone.
