Whether you're navigating a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, or questioning your identity, purpose, or direction, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where you feel genuinely heard and understood. I believe that lasting change begins with understanding—not only the challenges you're facing, but also the values, strengths, and experiences that have shaped your story.
Before pursuing psychotherapy, I spent nearly twenty years mentoring individuals and leading teams in corporate and product leadership. Those experiences gave me firsthand insight into high-pressure environments, burnout, leadership challenges, and major career transitions. As an immigrant from a family with a long history of migration, I also appreciate the challenges of adapting to new cultures, rebuilding community, and navigating change.
My approach is humanistic and rooted in Person-Centered Therapy. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into the therapy room, believing that meaningful growth happens through both compassion and the courage to explore difficult emotions, patterns, and conversations. Together, we'll build on your strengths while gently uncovering the obstacles that may be keeping you stuck, using thoughtful questions to foster deeper insight and lasting change. To support your unique goals, I also integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT, EFT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I am currently completing my practicum placement under the direct supervision of the licensed clinical leadership team at The Story Isn't Over. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honoured to support you as we work together toward greater clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
