When I turned 50, I had a small semi-colon tattooed on the inside of my wrist. It symbolizes my decision to live, to hope and to fight. The story behind that decision is full of twists and turns, with dark valleys and stormy waters. It tracks my own experience of mental illness that has followed me like the devil across timelines and borders. I founded The Story Isn't Over in 2019 to offer therapy that's inclusive, compassionate and real for all those who are struggling. Whether you're living with anxiety, navigating relationships, or carrying something you can't quite name yet, you don't have to do it alone.
